Tesco are coming to Alperton
It is with a great amount of excitement that we can announce the letting of units D, E & F at 100 Beresford Avenue to Tesco Stores Ltd. Acting on behalf of Woolbro Group, Niek Co agreed the deal for 4,747 sq ft of space overlooking the Grand Union Canal.
This is a great sign of confidence in the growth of the area off the back of schemes like 100 Beresford Avenue and Berkeley Homes' Grand Union next door.
With one third of the space now let we are looking forwards to being able to announce some more deals in the coming weeks.
