Niek Co specialises in dealing with large scale regeneration projects in emerging locations all over London. We have a reputation for finding creative solutions for properties that are known to be difficult to dispose of.

Our primary strategy is to utilise proactive marketing as opposed to the traditional reactive methods, we identify key uses and then go out and ensure we bring them to our schemes. This approach, combined with our preference for working with local and independent tenants, gives our instructions unique tenant mixes. We avoid creating cookie cutter schemes and strive to generate locations which become destinations.

We act for a wide range of clients including a number of national housebuilders, housing associations, local authorities and private developers. Our target is to bridge the gap between large scale developers and smaller tenants, something which many have struggled to accomplish previously.

While our main focus is on agency work, we have assembled an expert team of consultants and, as such, are also able to advise on a wide range of disciplines including property management, development consultancy, commercial strategies, demand assessments, placemaking and meanwhile strategies.
