Max Taylor-Smith, MRICS

Max has spent his career working in London’s emerging locations, starting off in Stretton’s City Fringe team and focusing on Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Whitechapel, before spending time at CF Commercial and in house at Countryside Partnerships. Max founded the agency department of AND London in 2021 which then grew into its own business Niek Co in 2024. 

Max has been a chartered surveyor since 2016 and is passionate about creating destinations and encouraging vibrancy in London’s emerging areas by working with local and independent occupiers as well as the usual recognisable names.
